Dear Home and Property Owners. Today more than ever choosing the "best" suited Contractor for your project is vitally important. For you we have developed a number of ways for you to seek and qualify a Contractor. We have some tips and suggestions that others have found to be beneficial to them.

First, we suggest that you look to see if we have screened and approved the Contractor you are viewing. If we have screened them you will see a Seal of Approval in their profile such as that one listed to the right. What this means to you is the we have done the following:

1. We have made contact with the Contractor and performed a telephone interview,
2. Requested a copy of a License Bond, if applicable, and received a Certificate of their General Liability Insurance
3. If they have employees we have requested and received a Certificate of Workers Compensation Insurance

 

You have options! You can post your Project for Free 

We understand that many individuals and business owners have a busy schedule. Here is an option that may be of interested to you. You can "register" for free. That's right! Free. The process is simple. Here are the requirements:

2. Requested a copy of a License Bond or Business Insurance License, Insurance license Certificate of Professional Errors & Omissions Insurance and will strive to keep one on file current when reviewing carrier profiles,
3. We have reviewed the Insurance Lines offered and find that these Insurance lines can be to the benefit of a to Homeowner's, Property Owner's and Contractor's.
